We had to spend more money than we estimated because,
- We did estimate on end of the year 2018 for the project and we could not finished the project within the deadline due to Easter attack in year 2019, and landslides due to the heavy rain in middle of the year 2019 and also the COVID 19 pandemic. And by the year 2020/2022 the prices of every material increased more than 75%.
- We had to construct 3 low concrete stands, 3 hand washing units and 3 tap posts in addition to the estimate. (Because of COVID 19 school needed more washing units for hand washing).
- We had to pay 2 weeks salary for the field staff because of the lockdown situation they could not go out (home) from the project field.
